NRRO serves as the on‑site Naval Reactors authority, providing government oversight, compliance verification, and technical assurance at public and private shipyards where nuclear‑powered submarines and aircraft carriers are built, refueled, and overhauled.
We are pursuing federal recognition as a DOE SBIR Phase I candidate while building commercial partnerships with utility operators and reactor technology providers.

His background — high‑assurance systems engineering for Nuclear Auxiliary and Support Systems at the nuclear/non‑nuclear boundary under NAVSEA 08/NRRO oversight, combined with electrical engineering configuration management and software systems architecture — uniquely positions him to translate the nuclear industry's operational challenges into AI‑powered solutions.
